Mindfulness Workshop Mindfulness simply means being in the present moment with an open and non-judgmental attitude. It cultivates a calm, clear, and present way of relating to experience.

The workshop is time to be, to explore, to discover or deepen your mindfulness practice, it includes :

  • Mindfulness meditation practices
  • Light movement and stretching exercises
  • Befriending (loving-kindness meditation)
  • Time for reflection, and questions and answers on the practice
